Adjustable Gage with interchangeable measuring tips will check the following:

Pitch diameter of splines and gears with even or uneven number of teeth, internal and external. |

Concentricity of internal gears-pitch diameter to OD. |

Concentricity of external gears-pitch diameter to ID. |
|
|
Spherical diameters of ball races, internal and external. |
|
|
Groove diameters, internal and external when used with our #1900 series measuring tips. |

Carbide contact balls are available from .050" to .505" diameter in .0001 " increments. Smaller and larger sizes available on special order at additional cost.
Standard inreach of #1400 tips is 1 1/4".
Special 3 3/4" inreach tips available. Supplied with .0005" dial indicator only.
Approximate weight of complete gage with tips is 22 oz.
Range slide easily reversed for checking OD's. |
